Lovely view from the terrace and a fun games room. Access road had bad potholes making arrival challenging.

Lovely, clean venue with marvellous location near to the river, Guatape and the lake. Amazing views to the lake from absolutely perfect and beautiful rooms. Variety of options for breakfast including eggs and bacon.

I greatly enjoyed this excellent place, stayed there for 1 night. The food was delicious, with a good choice of options. The location was marvellous, overlooking mountain. Dined at Osteria i Santi, it was at a short distance from the venue. I had a very relaxing experience and would stay here again.

The views from the room were lovely, looking out over the lake. I particularly enjoyed the hammocks. The access to kayaks made exploring the area so much fun, and the cozy atmosphere was a nice touch.

The access road had some rough patches.

i thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very very helpful and efficient. the double room was beautiful, included shower facilities and bath sheets.

Staying for two nights in a Double or Twin Room offered fine views of the green hills and tranquil lakes. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoying the hammocks and having access to kayaks was a significant plus. The remote location was nice. Cream cheese at breakfast was a good surprise.

I found the location to be perfect, not too far from that giant rock and surrounded by nature. Even during the heavy rains, the views were amazing, especially from the terrace while enjoying some drinks from the bar. And let me tell you, the barman Jesus, always ready with a smile.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I'd say the price was fair for what we got.

The hotel's setting was perfect for relaxation, and we even took advantage of the nearby playground, a hit with the older kids.

My wife says that the location was a bit tricky to reach due to the rough road. It would be great to have more shaded areas for families with children.

We really enjoyed the fine views of the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground nearby. The access to various water activities like kayaking was a highlight for our family of six.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of air conditioning was an issue.

the staff didn't speak english which made it hard to communicate. but the location is peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. also, easy access to various water activities like kayaking. and the amenities are great, like a games room and bar.
